Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By installing and using AddToWholesale ("the app") on your Shopify store, you agree to these terms. The app is provided by Texvion LLC.
2. License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Shopify stores you control, for as long as you maintain an active subscription or free trial.
3. Subscription and billing
The app has one plan: $49 per month (USD), with a 3-day free trial, billed through Shopify. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, Shopify starts billing the monthly charge. You can cancel at any time from the app's Billing page or by uninstalling the app. If you cancel after the trial, the app keeps working until the end of the billing period you already paid for; if you cancel during the free trial, access ends right away.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the app to send unsolicited email, attempt to interfere with our infrastructure, or engage in any activity that violates Shopify's App Store guidelines or applicable law.
5. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The app depends on Shopify, AWS, and Supabase; outages on those platforms may affect availability.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Termination
You can uninstall the app at any time from your Shopify admin. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or Shopify's policies.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
