Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By installing and using AddToWholesale ("the app") on your Shopify store, you agree to these terms. The app is provided by Texvion LLC.
2. License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Shopify stores you control, for as long as you maintain an active subscription (including the Free plan).
3. Subscription and billing
The app is billed through Shopify Managed Pricing. Free, Starter, and Pro plans are available. Paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You can change or cancel your plan from your Shopify admin at any time.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the app to send unsolicited email, attempt to interfere with our infrastructure, or engage in any activity that violates Shopify's App Store guidelines or applicable law.
5. Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The app depends on Shopify, AWS, and Supabase; outages on those platforms may affect availability.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Termination
You can uninstall the app at any time from your Shopify admin. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or Shopify's policies.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
